The hotel was incredibly beautiful and nice in general, had wonderful staff at night when we had turn-down service. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was exceptionally comfortable with king bed. We thoroughly enjoyed that the property was 26 minutes drive from the airport.

The room I booked was perfect and exceptional with a tub and shower and King bed. The location was stunning and the staff was nice and welcoming during the whole stay!

The breakfast was delicious, with nice staff and good choice of food. Actually, the room was comfy, it also had a rainfall shower and a shower. The location was marvellous, for example, Nissan North America Corporate Campus was at a medium distance from the hotel.

Very relaxing stay, as always. Free breakfast with a wide range of meals. The king room was new-fashioned with a tub, the bed was great. Good restaurant and great service.

the location was exceptionally nice for traveling around franklin, really close to restaurants and shopping, and the mall and other attractions. actually everything was superb, my next choice again in franklin.

Efficient staff quickly provided towels and assistance. Bartenders were prompt and professional. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and high-end accommodations at a reasonable price. Construction limited full view of the hotel.

The breakfast was free and delicious, the staff was well-trained, the grounds were clean. The room was new-fashioned and spotless with smoke detectors for my safety. Overall the service was great. Besides, WiFi throughout the property was working really flawlessly. Nice location close to everything was a plus.
